What do I need to hire a vehicle?
A valid driving licence held for at least 2 years, and a national ID or passport. If you're visiting from outside Kenya, an international driving permit alongside your home licence is required.
What is the minimum age to hire a vehicle?
Drivers must be at least 23 years old at the time of hire.
How do I pay for a hire?
We don't take payment online. Payment is arranged directly with our team, typically via M-Pesa or cash, at the time of booking confirmation or on vehicle pickup.
Is a security deposit required?
Depending on the vehicle and hire duration, a refundable security deposit may be required. We'll confirm this with you when you book.
What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles are handed over with a full tank and should be returned full. If the vehicle comes back with less fuel than at pickup, a refuelling charge applies.
Is there a mileage limit?
Yes, each hire includes a daily mileage allowance, which we'll confirm at booking. Extra kilometres are charged at the agreed per-kilometre rate.
Can I hire a vehicle with a driver?
Yes, chauffeur-driven hire is available on request for most vehicles in our lineup — let us know when you inquire and we'll confirm availability and rates.
Do you deliver the vehicle to me?
We can arrange delivery and pickup within Nairobi and select surrounding areas. Message us on WhatsApp with your location and we'll confirm whether it's covered.
Can I take the vehicle upcountry or to the coast?
Yes, most of our vehicles are available for upcountry and coastal trips. Let us know your route when booking so we can recommend the right vehicle for the roads you'll be on.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident?
Contact us immediately on the phone or WhatsApp number provided with your booking. Do not attempt repairs yourself — we'll guide you through the next steps.
